Sand Road
Original Art "Sand Road" is on exhibit through the Lakeland Arts Association. It is currently being exhibited at the RP Funding (Civic) Center in Lakeland, Florida. Purchase through my website is delayed until August 6, 2024. This follows a 2 month exhibit at the Lakeland City Hall.
The inspiration for "Sand Road" is the hiking trail in Key Scrub wildlife area near Cedar Key, Florida.
Sand Road is a 16x20 inch textile fabric painting. It has been embroidered by hand manipulated free motion machine stitching. The final art quilt is stretched over board and framed. Original art includes a 16x20 rustic wood frame and Museum Glass for ultimate clarity and UV protection.
